LMHA plans on updating the lease. As part of that process, consistent with HUD requirements, LMHA is giving residents 30 days’ notice of the proposed changes. The link is to the proposed lease.

LMHA plans to submit the lease for board approval at the July 2017 Board of Commissioners meeting. Information about implementation of the proposed lease will begin after approval by the board.
