The procurement practices of Lucas Metro Housing (LMH) are to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in purchasing by the LMH. LMH assures that supplies, services and construction are procured efficiently, effectively and at the most favorable prices available to LMH. We promote competition in contracting, provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity and assure that LMH purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable federal standards and state and local laws.

The solicitation website provides a list of Invitation for Bids (IFB), Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). We encourage vendors to visit this site regularly as it will be updated as necessary.
