Notice to Residents Coronavirus

LMH OFFICES CLOSED FOR FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS

Dear Resident:

The Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) is working closely with the Lucas County Health Department, Lucas County EMA, and the Ohio Department of Health. As Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to spread, LMH is taking precautions to help minimize the amount of people affected and help slow the spread of the virus.

Effective immediately, LMH will be postponing in-person (face-to face) meetings with residents, contractors, advisors, third parties, and other entities until further notice. We will be in touch with you to reschedule the meetings previously planned. LMH will be closing the Community Room at your development effective immediately. Residents will still need to do the following while the offices are closed:

• Email or call in questions to management office
  • Property Manager
  • Assistant Property Manager
    (Names, phones and e-mails are posted at your development)
• Call in for emergency work orders only at (419-930-1368)
• Drop off payments in LMH drop dox
• Contact Service Coordinator
  (Names, phones and e-mails are posted at your development)
