Today, November 20, 2020, Councilwoman Cerssandra McPherson, council person at large will meet at Swayne Field Shopping Center to launch what she is calling "48 hours of No Gun Violence"

This is a direct response to her recent press conference held at The Parqwood Apartments, after a rampage happened claiming the lives of 3 individuals and injuring 2 others.

This event will start at 6 p.m. at Swayne Field Shopping Center parking lot on the corner of Monroe & North Detroit with testimonials of survivors of victims of gun violence including a mother who lost her son.

Please remember to wear your mask and exercise social distancing or you can stand by your car.
