Through our local partnerships, LMH administers several HCV Special Programs which provide housing opportunities for specific populations. For eligibility requirements, please review the programs listed below for details. You MUST reach out directly to the contacts listed.

 

INFANT MORTALITY PROGRAM

TARGETED POPULATION: 

Participants must be pregnant or have a child under 12 mos. and is experiencing homelessness or have an unstable living environment.

HOUSING FIRST PROGRAM

TARGETED POPULATION: 

Participants must be individuals who have been identified as chronically homeless or experiencing homelessness.

Recently homeless and for whom providing rental assistance will prevent the family's homelessness or having high risk of instability.

Lack of adequate housing is a primary factor in separation or imminent separation of children from their families, Or

Where inadequate housing causes the prevention of reunifying children with their families.
